Revels is presenting Secret Byrd, and we need a team of ushers to help us each night.

You’ll be working the first performance (call time 4:30 for a 6pm start), and will be able to watch it. You are welcome to stay for the 9pm performance as well, if you like.
Job: Check in guests, hand out wrist bands, and serve cups of soup and non-alcoholic wine mid-way through the production.

Job: Can you tack up a hem? Iron? Re-attach a button? Get a cast member into a mummers’ costume? Then sign up to with costume during the Midwinter Revels performances. Experience with hand sewing and ironing is required. Please arrive 2.5 hours before the performance and be prepared to stay until after the performance ends. The show runs about 2.5 hours.

Costume volunteers will receive tickets for themselves and one guest to attend the Midwinter Revels dress rehearsal performance on Thursday, Dec. 12th at 7:30pm
Job: Help feed the cast! On double show days, we serve a meal to the cast and crew. We need help with setup, serving, and cleaning up. There is a bit of heavy lifting moving folding tables. Expect to stand or walk most of the shift. You will spend most of the time organizing orders and distributing meals.
Company Meal Helpers will have a CORI check completed as part of our Youth Protection Policy. Revels Staff will contact you by email to complete this paperwork. You should expect to have to test and mask for this position.

Job:
Support the Midwinter Revels cast and crew by contributing homemade or bought dessert items for their meal on double show days. Please prepare 2 dozen (or more!) servings. Keep in mind, we are not set up to store items that require refrigeration or must be kept frozen. An no nuts, please!

Job: Help sell books and recordings in the lobby before and after Midwinter Revels performances. Volunteers should be in the lobby 1 hour before the performance for training. Please allow enough time to arrive, park, check in, go to the restroom, etc. so that you’re ready to go one hour before showtime.
Sales occur before the show, at intermission (our busiest time!), and at the end of the show. We’ll do our best to find you a seat, but if none are available you can stand in the back to watch the show. (There is a lot of standing during this job).

Time: 1 hour before performance start time.
Job: Sell raffle tickets before and at the end of the Midwinter Revels performance. The show runs about 2.5 hours minutes. An outgoing and friendly personality is helpful! Thank you for helping with this important fundraiser to support Revels!
Volunteers should be in the lobby 1 hour before the performance for training. Please allow to allow enough time to arrive, park, check in, go to the restroom, etc. so that you can be at the sales tables, ready to train one hour before showtime.
