About Revels
Revels is a non-profit performing arts organization, engaging audiences in theatrical and musical experiences that bring the world’s cultural traditions and celebrations to life. Since its founding in 1971, nearly two million people nationwide have joined in the song and dance of Revels’ seasonal celebrations. Programs include the flagship production Midwinter Revels/Christmas Revels as well as productions throughout the year including Revels RiverSing, Spring Sing, salons, Pub Sings, a program with the Perkins School for the Blind, and other community partnerships and programs that serve our mission. Job Overview
The Revels Production Manager is a collaborative, forward-thinking and resourceful team member who manages and oversees all aspects of production for the annual Midwinter Revels and Revels programs throughout the year. This position collaborates with artistic, executive, and other team members; hires and oversees contractors; and works closely with volunteer cast members and external partners to manage and deliver high-caliber programs.

Working Conditions
This is a full-time, hybrid position. In-office work is balanced with evening and weekend work, as required by programs. Travel for annual Revels National Conference is required.
Wages and Benefits
Salary range $63,000-$68,000 based on experience. Benefits package includes medical and dental insurance, generous paid time off and 403b plan.
