This time of year Revels is especially grateful for the hundreds of volunteers who gift us with their time and talent in order to make Midwinter Revels happen. We couldn’t do it without you!! Job: This is a very important job, helping to keep everyone safe and things running smoothly backstage. We really appreciate any help you can give in covering the shifts.
Please be aware that all Security and Costume Volunteers need to have a criminal background check completed as part of Revels’ Youth Protection Policy. This will be completed separately by email with Revels staff. We appreciate your help with this. Please arrive 2.5 hours before the performance and plan to stay 1/2 hour after the show ends. The show runs about 2.5 hours. You should expect to have to test and mask for this position.

Job: Check in cast and volunteers. Backstage volunteers (excludes raffle and product sales volunteers), cast, and crew will need to show a negative Covid test. Cast and crew will check in at the start of a double show day. Volunteers will check in with each shift.
Please be aware that all Backstage Screeners need to have a criminal background check completed as part of Revels’ Youth Protection Policy. This will be completed separately by email with Revels staff. We appreciate your help with this. You should expect to have to mask and test for this position.

We will do our best to find you a seat in the theater to watch the show when you complete your shift. If a seat is not available, you may stand in the back.
Job: Help with costume repairs, sewing and ironing during the Midwinter Revels performances. ***Experience with hand sewing and ironing is required!*** Please arrive 2.5 hours before the performance and be prepared to stay until after the performance ends. The show runs about 2.5 hours.

Costume volunteers will receive tickets for themselves and one guest to attend the Midwinter Revels dress rehearsal performance on Thursday, Dec. 15th at 7:30pm
Job: Help feed the cast! On double show days, we serve a meal to the cast and crew. We need help with setup, serving, and cleaning up. There is a bit of heavy lifting moving folding tables. Expect to stand or walk most of the shift. You will spend most of the time organizing orders and distributing meals.
Company Meal Helpers will have a criminal background check completed as part of our Youth Protection Policy. Revels Staff will contact you by email to complete this paperwork. You should expect to have to test and mask for this position.

Job:
Support the MidWinter Revels cast and crew by contributing homemade or bought dessert items for their meal on double show days. Please prepare 2 dozen (or more!) individually wrapped servings. Keep in mind, we are not set up to store items that require refrigeration or must be kept frozen.

Job: Help sell books and recordings in the lobby before and after Midwinter Revels performances. Volunteers MUST arrive 1½ hours before the performance to allow enough time to arrive, park, check in, go to the restroom, etc. so that you can be at the sales tables, ready to train one hour before showtime.
Sales occur before the show and at the end of the show. We’ll do our best to find you a seat, but if none are available you can stand in the back to watch the show. (There is a lot of standing during this job).

Dates: 14 performances December 14 to December 28
Time: 1.5 hours before performance start time.
